Is this really free for 1-2 properties?
Yes! Our Owner Free plan is free forever for landlords with 1-2 rental properties. No credit card required, no time limit. We believe everyone deserves professional tools to manage their rentals.
What's included in tenant screening?
Our screening includes an online application form, employment/income verification questions, rental history, and references. Background and credit checks are available on paid plans through our partner services.
Are the leases legally valid?
Yes. Our lease templates are drafted by legal professionals and comply with state-specific landlord-tenant laws, including all required disclosures for all 50 states.
What about e-signatures?
E-signatures are available on the Owner Pro plan and higher. They are legally binding under the ESIGN Act and UETA, with complete audit trails. On the free plan, you can still generate and download lease PDFs for wet signatures.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Online rent collection via Stripe is available on the Owner Pro plan. Tenants can pay by bank transfer (ACH) or credit/debit card directly through the platform.
Do my tenants need to create an account?
No! Tenants receive email links to complete applications, sign leases, or submit maintenance requests—no account or login required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime as your portfolio grows, or downgrade if you sell properties. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
